This accommodation is rented exclusively as a holiday rental. No hotel services are provided, such as breakfast, daily housekeeping, reception services, or room service. Cleaning is carried out only between guest stays.

The U-shaped 1967 bungalow is located on a sand dune on the Belgian coast, back then it was a special architectural design and it still is. Plenty of Big windows enable the sun the brighten up your day while you have views over the rooftops and can see the church tower and the 21 at the beach from a distance. No street facing here when your relaxing outdoors. From 13h till sunset, you’re enjoying the sunlight, can shelter from the wind, and even an occasional shower on spring or autumn days won't chase you indoors.

The house is in a very quiet area although in the proximity of the touristic areas and comes with a big garage that fits a car, bicycles, motorcycle or kite etcetera. On the driveway, you can park 2 more cars free of charge.

Inside, the house is carefully and tastefully renovated, to the highest standards, with the nicest materials and with respect to the original design while keeping some elements from the 60’s. Your comfort level will be high with the greatest haptics whatever you touch. You’re going to find yourself In spacious rooms with plenty of light. There is a big living room with a wood fireplace and high-end design furniture from Knoll like the tulip table and the Florence Sofa. Eames DSX Chairs from Vitra and the iconic PK22 chairs designed by Poul Kjærholm are also in this designer's lover's heaven, what a wonderful place. The two bedrooms each have a private walk-in shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have hardwood oak floors.

There is an extra bathroom with a freestanding bath and sink where you can relax as if you’re in your own private spa with perfect orientation and a big window where the sunrays will brighten up the space, a real eye-catcher!
The new petite modern kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and deep freezer, stove, separate built-in microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The master bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room are all adjunct to a covered terrace that’s ideally sun oriented. From 11 till sunset, you’re able to enjoy the sun while sheltered from the wind. This is where the U shape adds an extra dimension and completes the vacation feeling whether you like to live in our outdoors.

There is a washer and dryer at your availability and there is air ventilation in the bedrooms, showers, and bathrooms, all adding to your comfort experience.

The house is all to yourself and you have full privacy. This place is for someone who appreciates quality and higher standards, tranquility, and proximity to the beach. Ideally for 2 couples or a couple with kids or grandparents having quality time with their grandchildren Although the house is completely renovated, the outside like the driveway and garden is not. Because there is no passthrough traffic here it's ideal and safe for the kids the play and or bicycle in front of the house.
