Villa Sylvi is an elegantly furnished luxury villa completed in 2022, located in the idyllic Härkäjärämä area of ​​Äkäslompolo, just a two kilometers from Jounin Kauppa -store. This wonderful villa offers the perfect setting for both relaxation and active vacations all year round. 





Villa Sylvi's spacious and bright living room kitchen has all modern amenities, and two comfortable beds await in the master bedroom downstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs also both have high-quality single beds, offering accommodation for a total of six people. In addition, there is a separate toilet, sauna and bathroom on the ground floor, which make everyday life nice and easy. The utility room has laundry facilities and plenty of storage space for outdoor equipment. 





The spacious terrace in the backyard invites you to enjoy the fresh air, and the outdoor jacuzzi available for an additional fee of €250 makes evenings especially relaxing.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Furnitures has been returned to the places where they were at the start of the reservation. Linens were removed from the beds and placed on top of the beds.
Garbages has been taken to the garbage containers in the yard area. In the yard of Jounin Kauppa -shop, there is a sorting point for cardboard, glass, metal, and paper.
Empty bottles are collected in plastic bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
