Tämä on erittäin tilava (1650+ neliöjalkaa), hiljattain uusittu ja sisustettu, ylimmässä kerroksessa (toinen kolmas), Penthouse-kulma, 3BR / 3BA kahdella yksityisellä parvekkeella, joilla voit istua ja nauttia suosikki trooppisia juomia. Tämä on paras sijainti Regency-kompleksissa ja istuu halutulla vihreällä vyöhykkeellä jättäen vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan sinun ja rannan välillä! Taloyhtiö sijaitsee upealla Regency Resortilla, joka sijaitsee Poipun sydämessä.

Poipu Beach on Kauai suosituin alue ja oli äskettäin luokiteltu # 1 ranta koko Amerikassa. Yksikköni kuuluu yksi suurimmista osakehuoneistoista löytyy Poipu! Yksikön koko ja sisäinen asettelu tarjoavat tilava mukavuuden jopa 8-vuotiaana (lisätilaa pienille lapsille), mutta se voi myös toimia hyvin ja on hinnoiteltu täydellisesti pienemmille ryhmille.

Minun huoneisto oli juuri uudistettu (toukokuu 2018) mukaan lukien uudet graniitti keittiö ja kylpyhuone laskurit, uudet kalusteet, päivittää keittiö ja ostaa kaikki uudet kalusteet ja taloustavarat. Uusi laattojen lattia ja matto ulottuu koko laitteeseen ja se näyttää upealta. Tuoreista maalatuista seinistä jokainen huone tarjoaa nyt mukautetun tunnelman. Se on todella mahtava paikka yöpyä!

Huoneisto on myös ammattimaisesti koristellut saari-asiantuntija! Ostimme äskettäin kaikki uudet hyväpalkkaiset, kalliimmat tiikkikalusteet, 3 uutta patjaa, joissa kuningas ja kuningatar ovat muistivaahtoa, uuden 55 tuuman TV, uudet keittiötarvikkeet, rantaleluja, taidetta ja koristeita. Uusien huonekalujen ja remodelien avulla tämä laite tuntuu aivan uudelta.

Pohjapiirros on hyvin suunniteltu, keittiö ja kaksi makuuhuonetta yhdessä kerroksessa ja kolmas makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone toisessa kerroksessa optimaalisen yksityisyyden takaamiseksi. Nopea langaton internetyhteys on saatavilla ilman lisäkustannuksia, jotta pysyt yhteydessä, jos valitsit. Tarjoan kaksi kannettavaa ilmastointilaitetta ylimääräisestä 120 dollarista viikossa ja ne tarjoavat jäisen viileän päivän koko päivän jälkeen auringon alla. Kahden hengen vuodetta kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa voidaan tehdä kuninkaaksi. Ylimääräinen nukkuminen upouudessa queen-ulosvedettävässä queen-sohvalla, ilmapatjalla tai kääntyvällä taitettavalla sängyllä.

Condo-asemalta olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä moitteettomasti ylläpidetyistä tiloista, uima-altaasta, kylpylästä, grillistä ja muista viihdealueista. Regency-lomakeskus on Poipun golfmaailman keskustassa ja kävelymatkan päässä Poipu-lahdesta (entinen Grand Slam -paikka). Regency tarjoaa useita uima-altaita ja kylpylöitä, tenniskenttiä, kaasu / sähköisen BBQ-grillin sekä 24 tunnin vartiopartion mielenrauhaan.

Vihreästä vyöhykkeestä olet vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kolmesta parhaasta hiekkarannasta, jotka tarjoavat auringonottoa ja surffausta (Shipwreck Beach, Poipu Beach ja Brennecke's Beach). Poipun ranta on suosituin kohde taaperoikäisille lapsille erittäin rauhallisen ja matalan veden takia. Tämä tekee siitä myös snorklaajien suosituimman määränpään.

Walk to the most beautiful beaches!

We loved our stay at Regency. The condo was in an amazing location! It is just a short walk to 3 beautiful beaches and one of the most scenic hikes on the island. The condo is huge. It had everything we needed for grilling, beaching and laundry. Some of the beach equipment could use updated but we considered having it a bonus. We couldn’t have had a better home base! Mike answered every question we had quickly.

Great location and decent condo

We very much enjoyed our stay and your beautiful island. I will start with the positives: The condo was in a beautiful location, easy walking distance to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and wagon to take everything to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was large enough to accommodate our group. AC and washer and dryer were a great convenience. There were a few things to be improved: one of the bathrooms did not have a door and only had a shower curtain in the opening. This was not shown in the images although we made it work. There is also not a large table on a lanai. This was pictured but not in the unit. We were disappointed in this as this was something we specifically looked for so that we could dine on the lanai. We also found a dead cockroach/waterbug under the sink in the bathroom on our last day there. We would have reported this although were were leaving the next morning. The bathrooms are dated with some mildew and could use some updating. All in all, we had a very pleasant time and would return.

Second stay

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time. Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat. Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier! We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Surrey, the property manager, was very responsive and accommodating. There were clear instructions pertaining to check in, recommendations for during our stay and check out. We picked this location for the proximity to the beach, and it is an easy walk. Spacious, family friendly stay

Just returned from a perfect five days at the Regency 421. Felt like every need for my family and me was taken care of from the baby amenities (pack and play) to the beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect with plenty of pools and very easy beach access. I was highly surprised with how roomy the space felt with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great Trip To Kauai

The property with its spacious rooms, loft, and amenities provided our family of 5 with all we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better, more centralized, location to see all of the sights on the island from Waimea Canyon, to Koloa Rum, to Sleeping Giant and Hanalei. The condo is within walking distance from beautiful Brennecke and Poipu Beach where we saw countless turtles! It is also just down the road from the beautiful Poipu Bay golf course, which is a must-play for any golfers in the group. One of our favorite things to do was make the short drive to Koloa Town for good food and shopping. The resort area itself is quiet and provides great access to hike the magnificent Poipu Cliffs and Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. The condo is well-equipped with boogie boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and other useful items. A great experience all around!

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is spacious. Nice grounds, short walk to Poipu. The condo bedrooms were warm when we arrived. We texted about it and got a fast response and good communication from the manager. Just needed to wait for the AC to catch up. After that first day we were comfortable, but note this is not the place for you if you like to keep your bedrooms cold.

Wonderful house

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Right on the greenbelt and very quiet. It is just as the pictures show - very clean. I would say the only thing that could be improved was that it sleeps 8 but there are only enough towels for 6. We ended up having to go buy some extra towels. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again.
