The 10 m² balcony, equipped with a dining table and outdoor furniture, provides beautiful lake views from both the living area and balcony.
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi and free landline calls within Germany are included. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children. The location is very quiet on a residential street. The lakeside meadows with beach and promenade are just 300 meters away. Many supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The ferry to Meersburg is a short walk away. Public transport in Konstanz and the surrounding area is free for holiday guests. Train travelers can receive guest cards (bus and train ticket) in advance on request. Free parking (public and private) is available directly in front of the house. There is a covered bicycle parking area and free bicycle rental (ladies' bikes with gears). All utilities are included.
In the low season (April, May, September, October), the minimum stay is 5 nights. In high season (Easter, Pentecost until the end of summer holidays), bookings are only possible weekly (Saturday to Saturday).
