We enjoyed our stay! Besides being very beautiful, it had facilities like a kitchenette which enable to cook home made food. Very close to supermarket, staffs were amazing, always helpful. We will definitely be back!

Rather Bad

This was a disappointing stay in Konstanz. There was poor communication before my stay, and check-in instructions were poorly provided. I was surprised that there was infrequent housekeeping - again, this was not communicated. Despite misleading signage about breakfast, I was shocked that it was actually 19,5€ and not included in the room - this could have been avoided by communicating at check-in, except no staff were there. I tried to redeem a voucher for a free drink, but the staff didn't know how to deal with it. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay.

Great apart hotel quite a way out if central Konstanz. The place has just been finished, the glass on the balcony had not been installed was a lump of wood. AC did not work in room. The whole place was super clean and the staff very friendly. The area surrounding is being developed so building work.

We loved the character and the brasilian decoration of the hotel. The staff beeing brasilian were nice and friendly. It is walkable to the center. There is a bus around the corner and in 10min you are in very center of Konstanz.

An Immersive Brazilian Experience at Rioca Hotel

Rioca Hotel offers a wonderful immersion into Brazilian culture. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, with the sound of birds in the halls and plenty of lush greenery. The rooms, decorated in green and black, feel like a unique escape. As a newly opened hotel, there are a few areas that still need improvement. The balconies, for instance, are yet to be furnished, and the air conditioning system could use some adjustments. It’s automatic and often shuts off after just five minutes, which made it difficult to keep cool during hot times. A few small amenities were also missing from the room, Rioca offers hand wash and hair/shower gel, which does have a beautiful scent. However, it would be nice to see the addition of shower caps. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need and some excellent coffee, but it would be great to have a few tea bags and some sugar available as well. Breakfast was delightful, However, I felt that the breakfast selection could be expanded. While gluten-free bread was available, I would love to see more gluten-free pastry options. One of the highlights of our stay was the coffee—it’s truly first-class, with a natural sweetness. The atmosphere in the reception and lounging area is so relaxing that you can easily spend hours just sitting and enjoying your coffee. Overall, I recommend Rioca Hotel. Despite the small improvements needed, which are understandable for a newly opened hotel, the experience is truly unique and worth every moment

Zimmer Ambiente top. Regale, Ablageflächen waren staubig., ansonsten sauber. Geschirr von der Küche im Hotelzimmer teis nicht sauber abgewaschen. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn das Reinigungsteam den Zustand des Geschirrs kontrolliert bei der Reinigung des Zimmers. Check- In war gut, ausser dass die junge Dame kein Deutsch konnte. Check - Out war enttäuschend. Es wurde gezeigt, wo die Zimmer Karten deponiert werden können. Jedoch kein Danke für den Aufenthalt. Auch wurde nicht gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat. Dies finde ich sehr befremdend. Vorort habe ich kein Feedback abgeben. 1. weil nicht ausreichend Deutsch gesprochen wurde und kein Interesse an unseren Aufenthalt gezeigt wurde. A big thank you to Julia and Luana for great service and support! Me and my daughter had an amazing time and I will definitely be back and then together with my husband. Parking was great and not so expensive. Bus stop just around the corner and tickets we received at the check in. Breakfast great. Room amazing. Cosy and bed very comfortable! Obrigado!

Tolle Stimmung

Wir waren sehr sehr glücklich mit diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem super gut ausgestattet (sogar mit kleiner Spülmaschine in der küchenzeile) jedes Zimmer hat offenbar einen Balkon und seitlich tollen Blick auf den Rhein oder die Stadt. Es war ruhig und der Kaffee war umsonst. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Nichts hätte besser sein können. Dankeschön für diese schöne Erfahrung.

Alles soweit ok, Zimmer von der Ausstattung sehr gut. Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein, unter Sofa lag noch eine ausländische Münze, wurde also nicht sauber gemacht. An der Rezeption geht es nur mit Englisch. Frühstück für 20 € könnte auch besser sein.

Hôtel très agréable, propre, récent, calme. Les appartements sont très bien équipés et modernes. Personnel accueillant. Check in et check out simples et rapides. L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart de la ville dans une zone plutôt commerciale, il est préférable d'être véhiculé. Places de parking gratuites dans la rue, sinon possibilité de se garer dans un parking couvert juste en face de l'hôtel (10€, et il faut en informer l'hôtel au préalable).
