It was okay. Not a lot to choose from food wise for us without driving again. Used close parking garage. Lady at front desk very nice and helpful. Two men both rude and you could tell didn’t like we were American.

Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly.

Excellent stay here. Rooms were great, comfortable and clean. Front desk staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast staff not so pleasant, but overall would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: there is an ability to find street parking for no cost, you just have to be lucky. We were here in late May and found street parking fairly quickly. Bycycle bridge to Konstanz not far away. Cons: room was not like the picture. It was small and right on a busy street so the noise when you opened the windows was horrible. Also. No ability to set the thermostat. Really not a good value for the money. Breakfast for 17 euro was nothing special.

Hotel under renovation which we weren’t aware of. A carpet was laid in front of our room during the stay. No working air conditioning & when we complained (as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) we were informed that it had not been turned on yet. In hot late June. The staff member made no attempt to apologise for the situation and was extremely unhelpful. Luckily one of his colleagues did offer some help in the end. The hotel itself was ok, although quite a walk from the main area in Konstanz. The breakfast was good & the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it.

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement This new hotel boasts beautiful facilities and even includes travel tickets to the city center. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Uncomfortable Temperaturen: The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. Unwelcoming one Staff: The receptionist guy with spectacles did not acknowledge nor smiles , which felt impersonal in the hospitality industry. Limited In-Room Amenities: There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and essential items like pans required a 30 euro deposit for use in the studio room. This made it inconvenient to prepare even basic hot beverages. If I book a studio i believe essential amenities as per studio.
