Hotel under renovation which we weren’t aware of. A carpet was laid in front of our room during the stay. No working air conditioning & when we complained (as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) we were informed that it had not been turned on yet. In hot late June. The staff member made no attempt to apologise for the situation and was extremely unhelpful. Luckily one of his colleagues did offer some help in the end. The hotel itself was ok, although quite a walk from the main area in Konstanz. The breakfast was good & the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it.

It’s a beautiful nice new hotel. Parking was an issue. Breakfast had its challenges. But overall it’s a beautiful place and I would stay there again.

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement This new hotel boasts beautiful facilities and even includes travel tickets to the city center. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Uncomfortable Temperaturen: The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. Unwelcoming one Staff: The receptionist guy with spectacles did not acknowledge nor smiles , which felt impersonal in the hospitality industry. Limited In-Room Amenities: There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and essential items like pans required a 30 euro deposit for use in the studio room. This made it inconvenient to prepare even basic hot beverages. If I book a studio i believe essential amenities as per studio.

Okay, there was a festival the weakend we stayed there, but to pay 160€ for this chamber, that's bold. It was a tiny room called deluxe double bed room. No chair, no table, no real wardrobe!

Fast perfekt!

Zimmer sehr sauber, Check in und Personal super professionell. Frühstück auch soweit ok, nur sollte man unbedingt auf den Fleischsalat achten. Dieser sah sehr alt und vertrocknet aus! Das schickt sich nicht! Sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen! Ich war 4 Nächte dort! Toller Aufenthalt! Lg

Viel Luft nach oben - ungeschultes Personal

Optisch ansprechend aber chaotisch - Zahlung doppelt eingezogen - dauerte 2 Tage bis das Geld überfallt zurück gebucht werden konnte ( kann nur der Manager der selten da ist) - Zimmer nicht wie reserviert - Zimmer mit Kochnische die extra kostet ohne jedweden Teller oder Tasse - so konnte man nichtmal nen Kaffee oder Tee kochen ( wofür dann bitte eine Küche die man sich als Hotel bezahlen lässt?). Zimmerkarten ständig out of order. Im Bad Haare von Vorgängerin …. Toilette in einem unserer Zimmer 2 von 3 Tagen im Zimmer nicht nutzbar da verstopft - Wo fange ich an, wo höre ich auf. Toll war die Optik und das Frühstück war echt klasse- aber der Service durch ungeschultes und ständig wechselndes Personal macht das Hotel nicht zu einer top Empfehlung. Schade!

Ich habe das Hotel für meine Kunden gebucht. Die meisten waren zurfrieden, nur die mit einem Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse beklagten Lärmprobleme auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.
