Excellent staff. Problem was our room was above the bar/restaurant The canoe House( which is very good) which on Friday and Saturday have loud caterwauling noise and singers until 2 am. Good luck getting any sleep

Location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is good. Coffee & biscuits avail all day😁 Bed and pillows were 5/5. Canoe bar is gr8! Staff were very polite, happy to help. We were picked up at the airport right on time. No problems at all even with our group of 12. I stayed in a room with a view and a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked really well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They responded quickly to the emails I sent with questions before my stay. I will be returning at the end of the week and look forward to another 4 days of comfort.

There are many great features of this hotel, the most outstanding is their comfortable bed. We stayed at another hotel (twice the price of this one) and the beds were rock hard! All staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and eggs are made to order. Their restaurant is serving local and international food that is fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this stay.

The rooms at Palau Central were amazing. Very well kept and such a home like feel. The employees were so friendly. We were diving with a local company and each time they knew we had outside events, they would supply us with towels in bags to take with us on our tours. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. I will for sure stay at Palau Central again. They are walking distance from the main areas of town and if we needed a ride, just ask the front desk, there was a car waiting in just a few minutes. Superb service and The Canoe was great having just down stairs for Lunch and Dinner. Price was reasonable, the pizzas were amazing and the burgers were superb. Each morning breakfast was top notch at Palau Central. They were on top of every request.

Everything was perfect. Only one small issue was the temperature of the water for a bath. Could have been warmer. Other than that, we loved the place. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Keurig coffee makers in the room, but really not needed as you can get brewed coffee down in the kitchen area 24 hours. We had to move to a more"upscale" (more expensive) hotel due to booking issues, but we would gladly go back to Central!
