Our beautiful two-floor traditional stone house is located in Zia-Asfendiou the best area in Kos which is preserved as unique traditional settlement by the Greek rules.The house lies just 50 meters from the main square where you can park your car with safety.Evangelistria-Asfendiou is located just below Zia which is visited by thousands of tourists from all over the world every year.It has a great view to both Aegean sea and the mountains. I am certain that our clean, comfortable and sun filled villa will greatly enhance your Kos experience.The neighborhood has many places to visit and the bus is 50 meters from the villa. The size of the apartment is very convenient, all the rooms are normal, you will feel very comfortable.
You will get clean and Fresh linens and towels.Bedrooms are furnished with full size bed, closet, heater and kitchen. There is a living room with a fireplace and a family bathroom in the ground floor and in the first floor are two bedrooms,wc and kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The windows are all double glazed and with the thick walls it really is a cool house in the summer and a warm house in the winter.The best parts of the house are the first floor terraces which have great view to the aegean sea and to the mountains as well.You can enjoy unforgetable sunsets by sitting on the terraces having your drinks or coffees. On the ground floor there is a big yard with a portable bar bq to enjoy.
