Nestled in the heart of Mastichari, Kos, Waves of Mastichari Apartments offers an enviable location just a stone`s throw away from the bustling port of Mastichari and a mere two-minute walk from the inviting shores of Mastichari`s Beach. This prime positioning ensures easy access to the vibrant pulse of the city, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and pharmacies all within arm`s reach. Whether strolling along the marina promenade or soaking up the sun on the beach, guests will find themselves immersed in the dynamic energy of the island.

About Breakfast: We are happy to let you know that there is a lovely canteen/restaurant right inside our complex where you can enjoy your morning meal. Please note, however, that breakfast is not included in your booking price. It is an independent service available for an extra fee, paid directly at the restaurant.
House Rules

• No parties, events, gatherings, or visitors that are not included in the reservation. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00, as required by local regulations. Respect for neighbors is mandatory.
• The apartment is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace with the door closed. Any smell or evidence of smoking inside will result in a professional deodorization charge.
• Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• The maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation. Extra guests are not permitted.
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Late check-out or early check-in without approval may result in additional charges.
• Please treat the apartment and equipment with care. Any damage, stains, or missing items will be charged accordingly.
• Trash must be disposed of properly before check-out. Leaving excessive garbage inside the apartment may result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Towels and linens are for indoor use only and must not be taken to the beach.
• Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

Failure to follow the house rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
