Please respect the apartment and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 10 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5.30 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb the residences of the other neighbors.

Please treat the apartment with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of 5 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests.
