Ylimmän kerroksen huoneisto upeilla keskeytyksillä merinäköalalla, Kotorin vanhassakaupungissa ja uima-altailla. Se on palkkio asema tässä pieni kompleksi 3 parveketta eivät liity mitään naapurimaiden huoneistot joten se on hiljainen ja yksityinen. Huoneistossa on oma internetyhteys. Master kahden hengen huone on merinäköala, sisäänkäynnin edessä parveke kylpyhuone porealtaalla ja rakennettu vaatekaapit. Takaisin makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke vihreä Mountain View, 2 sänkyä, rakennettu vaatekaapit ja air-con. Olohuoneessa on kaksinkertainen osa näkymät Kotor Bay, liukuovet johtaa edestä ja puoli parveketta. Nahka sohvat, huonekalut, taulutelevisio. Marantz Blue Ray DVD / CD, Monitor HiFi-kaiuttimet, air con & lattialämmitys. Keittiössä on tammi ruokapöytä ja 4 tuolia, laatu laitteet, astianpesukone, keittiövälineet ja astiat, Nespresso-kahvinkeitin. Tukeva sängyt, syvä patjat, valkoinen puuvilla vuodevaatteet, laatu peitot ja tyynyt tarjoaa täydellisen yöunet. 2 taitto maastopyörät ovat & voi käyttää omalla vastuulla tutkia.


Matkalla Tivat Airport - 10 km: Käänny oikealle ulos lentokentältä, seuraa E65 varten 2km kohti Budva. Käänny vasemmalle Tunnel Road kaistoille Kotor. Tämä vie sinut läpi vuoren tunnelin tulossa yläpuolella Kotor kaupunki. Rannikolla tie käänny vasemmalle lahden ympäri tiellä MUO. Etsi Kotor Vista huoneisto merkki. Käänny vasemmalle, 50 metriä ja sitten taas oikealle, ylös mäkeä joka taipuu vasemmalle ja päälle tasainen pysäköintialue. D5 on autopaikka. Montenegro Airlines lentää Lontoon Gatwickin suoraan Tivat kesäkuukausina. Ryanair ilma ovat alle neuvottelut suoria lentoja Lontoon Montenegrolle 2012-13. Tarkista niiden verkkosivuilla. BA lentää Dubrovnik Lontoon Gatwickin ympäri vuoden. Huhtikuusta lokakuuhun Easyjet lentää Lontoon Gatwickin, Liverpool & Lontoon Stansted. Alla ohjeet huoneiston Dubrovnik.

Matkalla Dubrovnikin lentokentältä autolla: Leaving lentoasema käännyt vasemmalle päätielle E65 sitten suoraan ajaa 20 km Kroatian rajalta ja Montenegrolle. Jatka päätietä 8km ohitamme kaupungin läpi Hercig Novi. Vielä 20 km vie sinut kylän Kamenari suulla Kotor Bay. Täällä voit ottaa lyhyen lauttamatkan hintaan 4 euroa. Leaving lautalla toisella puolella käänny vasemmalle E65 ja seuraa pieni järvi tien vielä 15 km kunnes tulet kylään MUO. Näet Kotor satamaan ja Vanhaankaupunkiin poikki vuonolle vasenta ja yöllä valaistu keskiaikaisen vuoren seinään. Etsi Kotor Vista huoneisto merkki. Käänny oikealle, 50 metriä ja sitten taas oikealle, ylös mäkeä joka taipuu vasemmalle ja päälle tasainen pysäköintialue. Kohtuullisessa ajassa voimme järjestää hakemaan sinut lentokentältä suoraan siirtää meidän asunto maksaa noin 70 euroa.

Matkalla Podgorica:
Noin 1. 5-2 tuntia. Taksi € 70 tai vuokrata auto lentokentältä. Ota E65 kautta Sozina tunnelin rantatien sitten pää pohjoiseen E80 kautta Petrovacin ja Budva sitten päälle Kotor.

Matkalla Dubrovnik, Kroatia bussilla: Bussi linkki Dubrovnikin lentokentältä. Sitten busseja Dubrovnik Hercig Novi & Kotor Montenegrossa. Et voi bussilla suoraan lentokentältä Montenegroon. On noin 3 busseja Kotor päivittäin Dubrovnik bussiasemalta mutta kannattaa tarkistaa kertaa ne muuttuvat. Pudota pois linja-autoaseman Kotor. Hanki Red Taksi täältä asunnon, puh. 19719 Cost 2 euroa, 4 min. Jos olet seikkailunhaluinen, lomakauden, kaikki bussi menee Hecig Novi ja sen jälkeen (Kotor, Budva) lopulta saada sinut lautan kuten edellä. (Kerro heille haluat saada vähin- Kamenari lautan) Siellä, saat lautalla lahden yli niin jalka matkustaja ilmaiseksi ja poimia paikallinen minibussit alas MUO 2 euroa. Minibussit lähtee ulkopuolelta pieni myymälä rantatien, käänny vasemmalle kuin jätät lautta

This accommodation in Mou is fantastic. A 20 minute walk from Old Town Kotor and with the bay at the end of the street for swimming, we LOVED our stay here. Can not recommend this place enough

Best Adriatic - Tamara very helpful. Kotor is just anazing. View over the bay and Old Town is fantastic. Place very nice and quiet and great pool area. Loved all of it!!!!

Had a really lovely stay at this apartment. Check in was straight forward and the agents were responsive to all our requests. The pool was a great addition and was cleaned daily. The view from the balcony is amazing. It takes a good 20 minutes to walk to the old town and you need to be mindful of the traffic especially in peak summer season as it was very busy. I would recommend this apartment.

Beautiful property

This property is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view. It was very clean. The managers even helped carry our luggage into the apartment of the stairs. There are a lot of stairs, so if you struggle with that, you might wanna request a bottom apartment.

We really loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others. A few kitchen supplies that we quickly ran out of were garbage bags and dishwasher pods. However, those were very minor purchases and did not negatively affect our stay. The location, facilities and very helpful host, Tamara, were so appreciated. Tamara went above and beyond to help make our stay memorable and stress free.

Excellent stay in Muo, Kotor

Very nice apartment with the most beautiful view of Kotor Bay and Old Town. Doable walk to restaurants in Old Town. Great pool - clean and with noce view of the bay. Good contact with owner and agent. VERY recommendable. Will definetely come back. Kotor is a town with the most beautiful soul!!

3 night stay in Kotor

A bit out of town and had to walk on busy road to get to town but this is normal there. The place was as described online. There were 80 steps from parking to rental but got easier each day! The view of the bay was beautiful from the deck. We enjoyed each evening there with happy hour. There was a market with all you might need in walking distance.

The property is up a steep incline, which wouldn’t suit people with any mobility issues. The view from the balcony is exceptional. The facilities were fine, although there were insufficient wine glasses for a party of 4. Unfortunately we arrived in the middle of a public holiday and all supermarkets were closed for 2 more days. A welcome pack including some milk or advance warning would have been useful so we could have brought essentials with us from Croatia. However we had a really lovely stay.

Breath taking view.

The apartment matched the description exactly and was perfect for four people. The kitchen was modern and well equipped for all self catering needs. It was an added bonus to have Netflix and an up to date surround sound system. The pool was usually very quiet and well-looked after. We loved our stay here because waking up to the view over the bay of Kotor each day was just stunning. We spent hours on the balcony marvelling at the mountains, sky and sea. We had a fabulous time.

Nice, but a healthy walk from Kotor and then uphill

Beautiful view and nice apartment with pool. There are so many sheets and blankets (unnecessary) that shelves for our clothing were very limited. No microwave in kitchen; pretty limited cookware if you plan to prepare meals. Check in/out communication was very limited. Information about the area also limited and very dated.

Kotor 2025

The apartment is ideal and in a great location overlooking Kotor Bay. The pool area was lovely. The apartment was well equipped, clean with plenty of towels etc. The only thing that could have improved it for us was an additional hairdryer, we were four ladies getting ready to go out at night with one hairdryer. The only other thing to mention is that the address isn't very clear. We booked a local taxi to pick us up at the airport giving the address on Vrbo ... they didn't drop us at the right location, a helpful gentleman took us to the correct apartment block which was one road behind were the taxi had dropped us off. Overall an excellent holiday and we would use this apartment again. Thank you

Comfortable modern apartment with great view

The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. The shared pool is nice. The best thing is the balcony and view across the bay of Kotor to the Old Town -- great spot to have a drink or dinner. There are a few small things that would be nice to have -- hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels, dish towels in the kitchen, and some basic information about the area, such as where to find the nearest grocery store. Also, guests do need to be aware that there are 80 steps to climb to reach the apartment. And that the walk into town is long-ish, with no pedestrian sidewalk/pavement for the first part, so you are dodging cars. But overall, a great stay!

Great apartment with amazing views

This is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment with amazing views from the spacious balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very quiet at night. Even though we visited in mid July the two good sized pools were very pleasant and we could usually find spare sunbeds. The sunbeds were very comfortable too! Only areas for improvement would be to replace the wobbly doors on the shower cubicle and clear some of the spare bedding and cushions out of the wardrobes so guests have more hanging space. The apartment is located around 25 minutes walk from the old town of Kotor which wouldn't be a problem except that the first part of this walk is along a narrow and quite busy road with no pavements in some parts. We didn't hire a car so had to negotiate this walk a lot. We used to walk into town but get a taxi back. As others have mentioned taxis are very cheap at just 2 euros, but after a few nights we found this all quite tiresome. Our advice would be that to enjoy this location fully you really do need to hire a car. We enjoyed a boat trip to Perest and also had some nice meals in the old town.

A Truly Great Place To Stay

We had stayed in this group of apartments the year before and had a great holiday but we had heard while staying there that this particular apartment was the best one in this development. It also came with 2 very good bicycles, which is good for us being a cycling family. If you have 16 year-old daughters it is a very safe place to stay as you can happily let them go by themselves into Kotor, which is close by at any time of the day (except late at night). There was everything you could possibly need in this apartment and it was extremely clean. The photos do not do it or the view justice. The beds, pillows and bed linen are of a high standard and fantastically comfortable. There is an excellent sound system, which you can watch films through much to my daughters delight. I could sit on the balcony for hours watching the boats come in and out while feeling very relaxed. This was our 9th visit it Montenegro and this is the best place so far we have stayed with our children and we have already booked to stay here again next year. I have seen other reviews about this apartment saying that the steps would be too much for someone ill. So I thought I would mention that I had just started to recover after being very ill and having an operation. I found all the steps very useful in starting to get me back onto the road to recovery, though there are quite a lot of them.

This is an excellent choice if you want to stay in Kotor. The view from the apartment is incredible, opposite the waterfront, cruise liners and town, not to mention the beautiful mountains. It really is stunning, especially at night. The apartment is a good size and had everything needed for our stay. It's also very clean and has good air conditioning. There's quite a few steps to get to it so be aware of this. The swimming pool area was lovely with ample sunbeds and it was never busy. The pool was a good temperature and very clean. I don't think the photos of the pool area did the listing justice. Kotor and Montenegro are amazing, I certainly recommend getting a car to travel to all of the beautiful places. The road in Kotor is narrow and busy though, so give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination as it is quite congested at the roundabout near the town centre. Dining out is not cheap, but you can find less expensive places outside of the old town if you look. The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was that we couldn't get the stereo to work (we'd brought our own Blutooth speaker so that was fine). One of the balcony chairs was broken too. Other than that everything was fine. Tamara was very helpful and met us as soon as we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Look out for the very cute grasshoppers that frequent the property, absolutely harmless, beautiful and fun to watch :)

Très bon séjour et vue magnifique

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, le logement est idéalement situé avec vue imprenable sur Kotor et la mer adriatique. La piscine permet de se ressourcer après les journées de visite… Le logement est agréable et dispose des équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour.

Notre séjour à 4 personnes chez Andrew était parfait. La vue est effectivement exceptionnelle. Nous sommes souvent allés à Kotor à pied sans problème (mais attention si on a des enfants petits car il y a de la circulation sur la route qui est étroite). La climatisation était bien venue dans la pièce principale et dans la petite chambre. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans l'appartement ! La piscine était très bien aussi.

Listing was not the reality

Although we enjoyed Montenegro and the location of the apartment is convenient for Kotor and travelling around the region. The property did not reflect the listing as displayed. We’ve been in correspondence with the owners and they’ve provided us an element of refund which we are completely satisfied with. Unfortunately Our expectations were as per the listing of a very well finished clean and tidy apartment. Our experience was not reflective of the listing. The furniture on the balcony patio is very worn and patched up with gaffer tape, the bathrooms have not been fully cleaned, we spent five days of the holiday waiting for a fix to the fridge door which we were propping closed with a chair to keep our food fresh, The bedding certainly didn’t reflect the quality linens shown in the listing. Overall this distracted from what could’ve been a great holiday for us and the family. I know the owner is now going to visit the property and look at rectifying the issues we highlighted. Hopefully if you book to go in future you’ll find the property reflective of a revised listing.

Stunning view from comfortable place

Easy check in and airport transfers were arranged. The flat looks across a stunning view of the old town and mountains, which is about a 20 minute walk away. The walk home can be quite steep so a 3 euro taxi is advisable. The place has aircon and a communal pool to cool off in, which was lovely. Would stay again.
