Location as we have stayed before 2-3 times.. Do not like the amount of noise feedback in the rooms . All the doors when closing make too much noise and disturb people especially in the early and late hours.. Need better damping effect on doors . Noise insulation between rooms is poor, others residents have no consideration for other guests..

Our reservation was canceled by the hotel on 2/11 however we had stared our vacation to Vietnam on 2/5 already. Our check in was suppose to be on 2/15 in HK, had to rebook all of the 4 rooms we had reservation in the last moment. WHAT A BIG HEADACHE!!

Great value hotel in fantastic location

Stayed for 7 nights in a Harbour Parkview room. Quick and easy check in. Hotel is in a great location - next to Kowloon Park and a couple of minutes walk up to Nathan Road. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was a good size, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean & neat. The staff are friendly & helpful. Close to all transportation. Near museums & shopping malls, all within walking distance, by MTR or bus. Two-drawers are very small, 1 luggage rack, long writing desk with drawers near window, adequate lighting, small refrigerator, hair dryer with mirror in desk, only 1 electrical outlet with 2 ports for charging, electric kettle, open clost space to hang clothes, small safe & large screen TV. Housekeeping was a little lacking. After room was made up, a few times, towels were missing, carpet was not well vacuumed, curtains were a little off. Generally, our stay was not bad, the view was lovely & the rooms are neat. I would book a stay again because the prices were affordable.
