Staffs are accommodating. The room we stayed is quite small to say the least. The room is clean and fresh. The restroom by the lobby needs attention and need it to be aircon conditioned despite the luxury looks of the lobby itself. Overall, a good stay and the shuttle service to destinations is a plus.

First of all let me say that the staff were first class, cheerful and willing to help. Unfortunately that is where the positives stop. We booked a so called Comfort Room. It was so small the bed had to be hard up against one wall which made getting in and out of bed difficult. There was barely enough room for two bags. The bathroom was also small but the shower was very good. We were told breakfast was from 7 to 10. We arrived at 9:30 but was told that there was no food left. With a bigger room this property would have been given a better score but the bed situation was a deal breaker. They offer a shuttle bus to downtown Kowloon which was handy.

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel, and I will definitely choose the same hotel next time! Convenient location to everywhere! Hotel offers a free shuttle that takes you to the popular places. All the staff is so friendly and helpful! I esp. appreciate Nicole who had responded to my pre-trip questions within a few short hours.

We stayed in the so called larger 42sm suite. I wonder howxyou measurexthat as it was cramped to say the least. The big thing we did not like is there was no security check when getting into the lift going to the room. Just walk in and press the button up you go. Room card not required.

The hotel provides free shuttle that it takes you to the MTR Station. The good buffet breakfast. The friendly waitress and waiter. The chef brings out fresh baked pineapple bread. The room is clean.
