Busy location and a bit overcrowded

Hotel is situated in a central location however if you are taking taxis out be prepared to wait as during busy periods the traffic is slow at the hotel entrance. As mentioned hotel is located in a central location and you can see lots of people crowded at the entrance making it a little overcrowded and unwelcoming. Side door is also full of drivers and other guests smoking making it very unsightly. Would be better if they had a designated smoking area so guests do not need to walk past it. MTR and bus stops are at walking distance which is ideal for those who are looking to be near public transport. We were happy with the room itself, comfortable bed and spacious enough for two large luggage’s. Just as described in the room description.

Great location for a trip, was easy to get to all the markets and Hong Kong island. Room was nice and clean and had good storage. There was some food options below too, recommend the Michelin Star restaurant on the lower floor!

Check in experience wasn’t great. The reservation was under my common name in the Hotels.com app and the reservations team insisted it had to passport name so refused to let me check in until I get Hotels.com to change the nam . We have used hotels.com for decades and never had issues with any of the hotels worldwide as long as long as we produce our passports upon checkin. Very disappointing service. Very limited amenities was provided and the room is very small. Charging ports were not designed to properly use the hairdryer.
