Housekeeper Coco was exceptional! Probably one of the best housekeepers I have ever met in my 40+ years of travel to 20+ countries. Not only she kept my room spotless clean everyday, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable such as finding me a dehumidifier, offering me local tips, reminding me of the weather changes, etc., just to name a few! She even refused to take my tips as she told me she just tried to a good job simply making sure all her visitors feel like home when being away from home! Highly recommend!

Staff were helpfull considering language barriers. The room upon entering was underpar... a large wet stain on the carpet and the small debris all over the floor set the tone for a poor experience. The stain being wet did not allow us to remove our footwear. We attempted to make staff aware but we were not successful. Also, no hand soap in the wash room.

Great hotel but the breakfast definitely wasn’t worth getting. Would have rather eaten out. The hotel is located away from most sites but close to the metro that will get you anywhere you want to go.
