We loved our 4 nights stay at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Great location opposite MTR and walking distance to the Ave of the Stars. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it.

Basic and good location. The pool is great for kids to cool down in but isn’t open late. The hotel is definitely dated but it’s fine for a short stay in TST.

In town for 5 night stay. It happened to be during the Chinese holidays when they had massive amount of visitors for the fireworks at Victoria harbor. We just watched it in front of hotel on nathan road. No worries about taking subways to get back to hotel afterwards. Can’t beat the location as it is in the middle of everything.

We stayed at 3 different Holiday Inns during our trip and this location was by far the most outdated. Furniture cabinet doors were broken or had lots of scuffs or dents, washroom ceiling was moldy and peeling, and at times ventilation was not good, there was an Smokey odour or it was humid even though we were in non-smoking room. I almost flipped when we read that there was a surcharge for using toothbrushes but luckily no charges were applied. No complimentary water and the pillows were flat with zero neck support. This hotel is in need of a renovation asap to match the finesse and style of the concierge lobby.

We had a wonderful family stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Traveling with two children, we really appreciated how child-friendly the hotel was—they provided a cot, and the room had a bathtub which was perfect for our little ones. The room was cosy and clean, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout our visit. The location is ideal: close to public transport and surrounded by great tourist spots, which made getting around super easy. Everything felt safe and convenient, and we loved the overall vibe of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, very close to waterfront and transport links. Hotel has great bones but is a bit tired in parts. Staff friendly and helpful with the exception of the pool attendants who spend entire time looking at phones not the pool and were completely obvious to a pool incident unfolding.
