Lady at front desk was very helpful.but evening male staff were grumpy. It made you felt that you were bothering them when you asked questions. Met a very polite cleaning staff in elevator and thanked us visiting and they could have a job. Unbelievable and humble me. Location was spot on, right around the corner from the MTR entrance and airport bus stop. The room was very small as expected. The worst part about the room was the floor - instead of carpet or tiles, the floor was covered with some sticky rubber mat that looked and felt very dirty. Luckily disposable slippers were provided. This is a basic no frills hotel so no bathmat in the toilet, no handsoap at the sink and no tea cups provided. Staff were not the friendliest but requests were attended to quickly

Nicely tucked away from the busy streets of Jordan. Although outdated renovations this hotel is very close to nearby amenities: MTR, restaurants, bakery and A22 airport bus line. The FOH can be a bit abrupt depending on who you get… Overall a good stay and will consider returning to this hotel next time in HK.

The property was clean and located in a convenient location. The only thing that I didn't like is the poor sound insulation. You could hear people talking in the corridor or closing door.
