The hotel is very nice but showing its age. Lobby seating is rather uncomfortable. Rooms have limited charging facilities and while they are very nice could use some updating.

the property is old already, AC not working well, they didn’t refill the shower gel even though we kept calling the housekeeping department. the staff at the lobby is very accommodating, and also the concierge.

the property is tired, room tidies were ordinary, the view out the window looks into a barren courtyard, no soap replacement, no flannels, kids running yelling through the corridors on floor 14 two nights in a row. stayed there 20 years ago & not a lot done since then.

Staff very cooperative and kind. Breakfast lots of variety and tasty. Rooms were spacious but a old like the shower head not properly installed water running through the sides. Toilet paper holder was oxidized.

Superb location

Great location. A little confusing to get into as many entrances via numerous shops and shopping centres. Staff are 100% great. Polite and helpful. A great hotel but perhaps a little tired around the edges due to its age.
