Staff support was not good. Arrived at 5 AM and stood outside in the cold because they lock the door at night and does not let anyone enter. A kind resident let me in and I could do the check in. The beds were too small.

出張で3泊利用しました。 いつも使っているホテルが満室で取れず、 近くのホテルと思い取りました。 コンビニもスタバも近く立地は良いです。 客室清掃の方々はいつも笑顔で広東語ですが 恐らくおはようとか挨拶を毎回してくれて 気分が良かったです。 こちらが英語で話しても終始広東語で笑ってしまいました。 こちらの不手際ですが、IN KEYをしてしまい、 フロントに再発行をおねがいしに行った時のフロントの女性の対応が不愉快でした。 日本語訛りの英語で聞き取れないのは理解していますが、その方も広東語訛りでお互い様だと思うのですが… はぁ？何言ってるのかわからないというような態度は非常に不愉快でした。 可もなく不可もなくといったところです。
