Overall, our stay at Krabi Heritage Hotel was great but our room was very smelly and not private - kept our curtains partially closed most of the time. The pool area was lovely altough the pool itself was heavily chlorinated and hurt your eyes when The gym was very small and no sweat towels or water machine which most do.

The hotel is fine, it’s clean, I just didn’t enjoy the area as I expected to be in a quiet area which was my mistake. If you are a Muslim, travelling by yourself or family, I would avoid this area as it feels like you’re in Magaluf, loads of people half naked and enjoying their night out

Air conditioning brilliant. Bit Loud Breakfast ok. Good omelette station but no bacon etc but this was not an issue really. Good options close by. Staff were brilliant and the whole hotel is just great really. Corridors are all tiled so there can be noise from other guests but it is great value and perfect position for everything and the lady arranged our transfer. I would reccomend this hotel for many reasons.
