Beautifully decorated and clean hotel . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the coffee girls . This hotel situated in a great location, 10 mins walk to the square and shopping centre , also shops , restaurants etc are close by . Highly recommended this hotel .

Amber Design Residence is a wonderful boutique hotel, we were able to enjoy their hospitality for 2 nights in Old Town. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. It is in a great location on the outskirts of Stare Miasto, just a few minutes' walk to the main plaza and a nearby shopping mall, with all of the associated restaurants and shops. Checking in and out was quick and painless. We ended up having to park off-site in the mall parking lot, but it was just a few (10) minute walk. Instead of going in and out of the parking garage, we simply parked the car and then used public transport for our entire stay.

The apartment was clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The surrounding area was lovely, short walking distance from main the main square. Staff were so lovely, friendly, kind, always happy to answer any questions, recommend local eating areas, book transfer to and from the airport. Wiktoria was the first member of staff we met and gave a such a lovely introduction to Krakow, gave us a map plan to use whilst staying which made it easy to find places, a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. Highly recommend staying & will be booking again to stay.

Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff so nice, helpful, and friendly! Great location. Shower was amazing. Bed was a little hard and room was too warm for us, but we were on 1st floor, so didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open.

Perfect location for exploring the old town. Breakfast is in a restaurant nearby, not the residence - a nice breakfast menu and reasonably priced. Rooms were warm, well maintained and well equipped. The nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Rooms comfortable and the convenience of adjoining doors meant that the one bedroom studio was a good size bedroom with en-suite and another room with small kitchen, beds and en-suite - perfect for 3 or 4 girls on a trip Staff friendly & helpful.

I'm not usually one to write a review for much of anything. I found the hotel itself on Expedia very last minute, and it was cheap, so I wasn't expecting anything special. But this hotel provided so much value for what I paid. It was nestled into Krakow's Old Town, where I could easily walk to the main train station/there was a ton of stuff to do in the area. A bar that I met some friends at was just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. My room was clean, modern, and cozy. Even though I arrived at 1 AM, there was someone staffing the desk to check me in. I was trying to visit a place outside of Krakow the next day, and didn't know where/when I could catch a train. The person at the desk helped me with that, and gave me some recommendations for restaurants in the area. I was appreciative. I didn't expect that level of service for the price. On my last day, after I had checked out. I had an hour to kill before I left for the airport. I was able to sit in the lobby and chill out for that time. I guess in hindsight this is a courtesy pretty standard for most hotels, but to sum everything up, I was impressed by the kindness, friendliness, and overall standard of service at this hotel.

Stayed in a Superior double with kitchenette. Wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel for location, just off the roadway of the bars and people walking but just 1 minute to a street with shops food and bars as you walk to the main square. Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and a pleasant atmosphere. I would absolutely stay in this location again when I visit Krakow in the future.

A lovely place to stay.

Staff at reception were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed for a few nights around my partners birthday and on her birthday we came back to the room to find some local vodka and glasses with a lovely message. The hotel is in a perfect location for the old town/main square and also for the pickup point for the excursions. We will be coming again in May!

Hotel was fabulous. Staff were brilliant. Room was immaculately clean throughout. Booked a 2 bed and was actually two interlocking rooms which was great. The location is priceless, easy walking to main square and round the corner for trip pick ups. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay in the future. Thank you.

Our second stay at the Amber Design. Great location within easy walking distance of Stare Miasto and all of the old town highlights. Excellent, comfortable and clean accommodation in a quiet location with friendly staff. Breakfast offered at the Coffee and Wine bistro is very good value for money!
