Quaint, beautiful and friendly staff.

This is such a beautiful small boutique hotel. It is located in an older charming building, but looks brand new inside. Everything is done in a soothing color scheme.The staff is outstanding. The rooms are just beautiful, I felt like royalty. We had a balcony with a view of the courtyard. They do not have a restaurant for breakfast, but plenty of options nearby. It is a short walk from both the train station and the main square. If I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again.

Room size is small, not closet, priced $100 to $150 per night more than is worth; carryon did not fit anywhere and if open you had to jump over it; room was not cleaned because if you don't ask they dont do it; only one person at the desk, if busy, you have to wait; it is comparable to 3 star hotel that compete with Airbnb; I would not stay there again; room and bathroom ad very well decorated and top notch, rest is not; receptionist in evening was delightful, in the morning not so much; don't recommend it at all.

Absolutely wonderful!! Close enough to the Market Square to walk but far enough away where there isn’t a lot of noise or foot traffic! Plus, it is located right next to the park! Location was perfect! Also, it was super clean and secure. Everyone spoke English very well. Everyone was also very, very helpful and friendly! I can’t say enough about Amber Design and its staff! We stayed there for 10 days and couldn’t have pick a better hotel! Amber design helped make our family trip to Krakow extra special and relaxing! Thank you!

Great property

This property has it all: modern and clean interior; close proximity to old town; close proximity to train station and shopping; very quite area; and very comfortable sleeping environment. Admittedly I was a bit put off by having to walk outside 1 to 2 blocks for their breakfast; but quite frankly it was well worth it with you having 8 to 10 selections to pick from all of which were exceptionally good. Would stay here again.
