Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old square. Hotel was beatifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent Will definately be returning in the summer of 2026

Lovely hotel, great staff and the rooms are nice, clean comfortable and modern. Very convenient location for exploring Krakow. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out, which was very helpful.

Great welcome and check in. Pleasant lobby. Very nice room. Clean modern bathroom. Insanely comfortable bed. Dark!!! Black out blinds were perfect. Quiet. The only downside was breakfast. Over priced. Not very good. Not appetizing. Overcooked omlette when it did come. Awful service. No coffee even offered. Same can be said for the other tables around me! No matter, ate elsewhere the rest of the time.
