The Staff went above and beyond in every measure with a professional aplomb from allowing me to check in at 10 AM to their beautifully fluffy white towels which I asked for and received that allowed me to have two restorative hot showers that day. Tha food was great! The service superb!!

The hotel was very clean, with a proper reception and a lounge area where you could relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. When I called for the shuttle bus, it arrived in about 10–15 minutes. The hotel was within walking distance, but since I arrived late at night, I was relieved that there was a shuttle service so I didn’t have to walk in the dark. On Hotels.com, it said that the check-in closed at 11:30 p.m., so I messaged the hotel in advance, but it turned out they have a 24-hour reception. I think Hotels.com should update that information.

Even though we were only there overnight, the hotel staff was friendly and informative. Authentic meals at dinner time was more than enjoyable! Providing the breakfast was a very special touch as we enjoyed the local cuisine. Just a short walk to the airport, if I had known it was that close I would have returned the rental car a day earlier.
