The rooms where cleaned everyday. The staff also where happy to get us more teabags, Milk and sugar. The hotel is full of luxury. My said the the spa was excellent and well worth the extra for a full body massage. Very good. Only minor issue we had was the heated flooring in bathroom we couldn't get it working. Mentioned to staff they said they would fix it but never seemed to be fixed. We honestly weren't that bothered with this though. The hotel is in the most central location only a few feet away from the main square but we never heard a thing when we went back to our room.

The room in hotel absolutely spotless. This is absolutely a five star hotel if there was any criticism would be that the room lighting where the beds are is very dim. The overall experience was the best I’ve had. The staff are very attentive and the reception staff couldn’t do more to help you definitely recommend this.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton. The location is excellent, just steps from the Main Square, making it ideal for exploring Kraków, especially in winter. The staff were friendly and helpful, happy to offer recommendations or answer questions about the city. We had a beautiful deluxe room which was quite spacious, with a very comfortable king bed that made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing... and we really appreciated being allocated a walk-in shower as requested. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and the prosecco was a lovely touch! Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel, we would happily stay again and highly recommend it.
