Had such a lovely stay. We booked a deluxe room which was very nice, furnished well and had the finishing touches you would expect. The only small issue was the temperature of the room being too high despite the AC being on the lowest setting. as we were out exploring the city for most of the day it wasn’t too much of a problem therefore I didn’t flag it with the staff so haven’t knocked off any stars for that. The spa was also very nice and relaxing with great facilities, the only thing that would’ve topped it off was if the spa had provided a basic face wash or face towels. The staff were helpful, attentive and even helped us book an excursion. Overall a really lovely stay and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Good location and nice room, great breakfast and good service from staff. Only downside really was at night there is a lot of street noise as it is the centre of the action, so if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs.

Average hotel. Average service. Average rooms. Average spa. The pictures look rather better than it is in reality. Rooms feel dated. Carpets were dirty and tired. Online it says soundproofed rooms, however, the street below is still audible. The view was a nice surprise, however, the tiles on the balcony were loose. The water temperature of the shower is unstable. The spa is dated and falling apart. The pool changes colour constantly which gives a cheap vibe. There are hotels nearby with much more modern and relaxing spa facilities. Overall, significantly over-priced compared to other exceptionally good hotels that offer much greater value in Old Town, Krakow.

Great hotel in a great location. Easy walk from train station. Close to town square, sites and restaurants. Very noisy one night from kids on street emptying out of bars. Not their fault, just wished it hadn’t happened. Otherwise, great stay.

Glad we booked here!

Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel!
