The apartment is well appointed and is about 20 minutes walk from Wawel Castle. It has been appropriately modernized. Host was somewhat difficult to contact.

Overall a nice stay. The beds were comfortable and the property appeared clean. We were extremely disappointed to have only one functioning shower, as one had an “out of service” notice on it without any warning or adjustment to rental price (other, cheaper options were available for rent during my search, but only had one bathroom, and with eight people traveling together, two bathrooms with operational showers are kind of a must). Additionally, the WiFi information provided was inaccurate and we weren’t able to connect to a network. As international travelers, we rely on the WiFi for lowering our roaming costs. We attempted to contact the property owners, but we received no response and we were unable to resolve our issues. Overall, the property was too expensive in consideration of missing amenities and I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of communication with the property owner. I would have expected that we could receive a partial refund for the lacking amenities.

Little escape.

Overall apartment was great. Little things that caught my attention. Kitchen was not equipped with either cloth or paper towels, sink drain in main bathroom by the entrance was broken and no mirror in the back bathroom. Would be great to have extra batteries for TV remote.

Great clean, quiet apt in the middle of very noisy, crowded neighborhood.

In a gorgeous city in excellent weather it had to be wonderful.

Adorable

We only stayed one night but the property was just as expected. I did have to reach out to the manager the day of check in because I didn’t receive an email with instructions but they were quick to provide that. I plan on staying here in the future
