Hotel is in a good location. The room was quite big and bed comfy. Had issues with noise coming from other rooms late night. Also trouble with my key door card stopping working twice and the staff had to come up with me to the room to open the door with a proper key.

Staff very helpful, room was clean, hotel is in a perfect spot for sightseeing. The rooms are described as being soundproof which they are not we had 2 nights broken sleep because of the young men in the next rooms . Also no bath as described.

I Love this hotel. But this time ,unfortunately, i was disappointed with restaurant. I ordered same duck filet for wife, and beef filet steak for me. Year ago it was exelent choice. This time steak was like boiled - white-(( it never seems grill or pann-)) Duck was almost same , but half of portion we had before and instead of owen backed beets , nice small whole beets-) we get cuted regular beets-( I have asked waitress, did You change chief, her answer - we have four-)) That means i came the wrong day-))

Fantastic front of house staff, great room, very clean. Only problem in the bar, the staff say they will bring your drinks to you and then charge you for the privilege, when they walk a couple of feet and follow you to your table!! Apart from that it was a lovely hotel in a great location!

The whole hotel was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Clean and comfortable, convenient for everywhere in Krakow and the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. Will definitely be back!!!

The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Good sized room, staff also very good. Gave us a small bottle prosseco for wife birthday which was very nice of them. Only slight issue was noise at night from close railway station. However location and restaurant next door was spot on, so overall we would recommend
