Reception staff were excellent. The spa was not as i expected, the pool was small and jacuzzi luke warm, no sauna as under renovation and gym busy and small. I was woken up to building work, drilling and banging. Breakfast was ok, poor quality hot food. Location was great

Comfortable hotel in convenient location to Wawel Castle and old town. Spacious garage and good breakfast. Rooms are a bit spartan, but are clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful.

Small rooms, but a decent hotel and clean. Only problem was, which was a huge problem when it’s a warm 90° day and evening was that the air conditioning was broken both days/nights making it very hard for me my wife and my young children to sleep. Staff tried resetting the unit at midnight then brooght me a fan because it was unmanageable in the room. I opened the window for 10 minutes to see if it would help and then next thing I see if 30 nats and bugs flying above the lamp because there are no screens. I popped the door open and placed the fan in the hallway at 2am to try and get some of the slightly cooler air from the hallway into the bedroom. I asked for a new room the second night to which they agreed but by the time we can back from our tour to Zakopane it was late and the room stayed the same for the second night. When we got back to the room after breakfast on the last day before checkout they finally had a mechanic in my room in the ceiling trying to fix the compressor. Good for the next people but unfortunately too late for us. Not trying to bad mouth the hotel the staff tried but it was definitely a rough and hot 2 night stay.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was hit or miss. The biggest issue is the waterpark. When I made the reservation it appeared that it was included, but when I got to the hotel they charged extra.
