We thoroughly enjoyed this homey, comfortable, proximate apartment in Krakow! The walk up the stairs to the 4th floor with a baby was a workout but it was fine for us. There is a lift but it happened to be out during our visit. We were welcomed with piernik, delicious homemade classic Polish gingerbread cake with prune filling & chocolate; we looked it up to figure it out. It was so very good! The snowy view from the living room is beautiful. The neighbors are quiet as mice. The main bathroom floor is heated! Our clothes dried quickly in that room & I had the best bath in a long time. There are interesting books, most in Polish but a few in English. We miss Krakow already! This was truly our home away from home!
