Clean, well equipped, close to the main stations and the old town. However, the apartment could do with some tlc (wall cracks, peeling paint, blinds didn't work so I wasn't able to block out the light, leaking shower head with mildew, marks on shower tray). Good for 1 night.

Very well located, near the Central Train Station and Galeria Krakowska (less than 10 minutes walk). Clean and comfortable apartment. The washing machine was very useful. The self-check-in was very easy and we were able to store our luggage at reception after check-out. I recommend it.

Very conveniently located, just a short walk from the main station. Clean apartment and comes with all required amenities. The beds are a bit soft, but we're okay with that. The support team was available via whatsapp which was a big advantage. The instructions to checkin were clear. The office is on the same floor where there is a facility to keep luggage in opening hours. Recommended for a stay, especially if ur coming with family

Fridge is faulty or cheap. It was keeping us up in the night because it was make a ticking/ banging type noise. Mixed in with tram/ road noise we didn’t have a good sleep Other than that apartment was fine.

Large and spacious room. Clean appartments. The kitchen has everything you need. It was nice to see 2 small bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee. The bathroom is generally clean, everything works. There is shower gel and soap. Clean towels.

Appartement spacieux, calme, bien situé. Simple pour récupérer les clefs. Dommage, il n'y a pas de rideau dans la baignoire donc on met de l'eau partout, le matelas est un peu mou à mon goût et pas de lessive pour la machine... j'ai passé un bon séjour et Cracovie est magnifique.

The location was great! Lots of food and ahopping options. Very close to the train and bus stations. The room was modern, but it was not very clean. There was dust on every surface. The walls had little particles of food on them. Like there was a kid touching them after they ate but no one cleaned it for the next guest. The stay was ok. Modern spot close to everything, but not that clean.

Staff were efficient in their communication and the facilities were in place to start my holiday very promptly (check in instructions etc key pickup) location was very good with taxi ranks,trams, buses and e scooters very close nearby. Food and groecy shops also being very close as well. Also very easy to get to the Old town from where the hotel is situated

I would like to say that my stay was very nice! You need better instructions on where to pick up the key and the location! The area were this apartment is located is amazing. There’s so many places to go and travel and walk around. It’s near the mall it’s walking distance to town. I felt safe because there was security downstairs. It was a great stay just a few issues. Other than that I would stay here again. Next time I want a balcony I stayed in the apartment with the red kitchen, and that was all accommodating. I wanted to say the mattress on the floor it’s literally on the ground is not a good place to sleep that is not a comfortable mattress and it’s impossible for me to get up from almost the ground. People have disabilities and it’s impossible to get up from ground! I did not sleep on that bed because it was not comfortable! Please change the design of the bed! The mattress should not be on the floor.

The property was spacious but lacked simple things like a tea towel, coffee mackine, oven tray. One of the towels were torn, no plug in kichen sink meant washing up was wasteful.
