Die Zimmerausstattung mit Leuchtturm war aussergewöhnlich. Unterhaltsarbeiten beim Hansedom am Abend und Schulklassen am Morgen verursachten störenden Lärm.

Es gab nur einen Schlüssel für das Zimmer. Im Bad waren Schimmelflecken. Der Wasserhahn von der Badewanne war kaputt. Im Zimmer war über mehrere Tage eine große Pfütze Wasser auf dem Fensterbrett. Die Bar war abends immer nur kurz mit Personal besetzt. An der Rezeption würde ich angehalten die mit Chlorwasser durchnässten Handtücher, auf dem Zimmer zu trocknen und noch einmal zu benutzen. Bei der Massage konnte die Dame kein Deutsch und kein Englisch sprechen und so bekam ich erst die falsche Massage.

Wir waren im Hansedom schon öfters und waren immer super zufrieden. Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Restaurant, sehr freundlichem, bemühtem Personal, schöner Therme und Fitnessbereich. Nur dieses mal waren wir nicht zufrieden, da wir ein Zimmer mit einer wohl schon älteren Ausstattung hatten. Besonders waren wir vom zustand des Badezimmers verwundert, da wir es vom Hansedom überhauptnicht gewohnt waren. Sehr verkalkte Wände in der Dusche und Schimmel. Wir haben es angesprochen und uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer gegen, wo der zustand aber nur etwas besser war. Vielleicht zu kurzfristig vor Weihnachten gebucht und schon alle guten Zimmer weg. Wie gesagt sonst immer zufrieden gewesen.

Trotz zweier Mitarbeiter am Empfang haben wir 10 min gewartet bis wir den Schlüssel bekamen. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer blöd! Im Bad waren die Fugen der Badewanne teilweise schwarz! Die Zimmergrösse und -Ausstattung sonst war gut wobei die Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer viel zu teuer sind!! Man bekommt bessere Zimmer zu diesem Preis in Stralsund!!!

Kurzurlaub

Saubere und schöne Zimmer. Schönes grosses Frühstückbuffet und freundlicher Service. Einzig die Lage war etwas zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Super Wellnessangebot und tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Schwimmbad, Sauna und Dampfbadbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und sehr abwechslungsreich. Allerdings hätte der Balkon besser gereinigt und die Algen einfach entfernt werden können.
