Schöne Gegend, Haus entsprechend groß für die Personenzahl. Sauberkeit nicht überragend. Kontakt mit Vermieter nur über WhatsApp, war uns leider etwas zu anonym.Hatten das Wäschepaket dazu gebucht, Handtücher Anzahl OK, Geschirrtuch gab es leider für 10 Tage nur eins, womit es dann dementsprechend unhygienisch war zu arbeiten.Ansonsten haben wir als Mieter die Zeit schön gemacht.

Ferienhaus Sobrigau Haus Clara

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts eine große, laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus, von der uns die Vermieterin nicht unterrichtet hat.Außerdem hatten wir Probleme mit dem WLAN, weswegen uns die Vermieterin die Heizkosten erlassen hat.Alles in Allem eine schöne Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen, wenn es die Baustelle nicht mehr gibt.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns im Landhaus Clara sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Ausflüge nach Dresden, ins Elbsandsteingebirge, nach Tschechien und ins Erzgebirge ist die Unterkunft optimal gelegen und bietet genügend Platz für 5-6 Personen. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft.

Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, jedoch ist nicht alles tadellos oder wie als 5 Sterne bezeichnet, vorzufinden. Es gab zum Beispiel nicht 6 gleiche Weingläser oder Sektgläser. Die Abzugshaube in der Küche hat kaum funktioniert. Es haben sogar Nachbarn bei uns geklingelt und gefragt, was so laut war. Das war die Abzugshaube! Das Fenster in der Küche. geht nur zu öffnen, in dem man auf eine Leiter steigt. Der Parkplatz für unsere Wohnung, war eher provisorisch und es wurde wieder geklingelt wären unseren Aufenthaltes ( Sonntag 09.30 Uhr) , weil unser Auto im Weg stand, zur Einfahrt des Nachbargrundstücks, welches derzeit ein unrenoviertes Objekt ist. Es gab im Badezimmer keine Haken für die Handtücher oder Bademäntel. Die Betten inkl. Bettzeug war sehr ordentlich und in einem guten Zustand. Das Einzigste ist die Wahl der Kopfkissen, welche beim drauflegen, auseinander "klaffen", so dass man gleich auf der Matratze liegt mit dem Kopf. Der Service war sehr gut, Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben und die Kommunikation zwischen der Vermieterin sehr gut. Alles in allem, haben wir wieder gebucht, da wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Besten Dank dafür und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus !!!!!! Die Wohnung ist toll,super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wenn man das ländliche mag ,ist man hier genau richtig . Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
