The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Pinezići/Krk. The holiday flat is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
