The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021, is located on the upper floor of a four-party house. It is a non-smoking apartment. But you can smoke on the balcony. It is interesting for allergy sufferers that all rooms are equipped with vinyl floors.
There is a cosy, bright living and dining area including a smart TV, which is adjoined by a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The south-facing balcony is also located here.
In addition to the living and dining area, there is a shower room including a hairdryer and a bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm).
A staircase in the hallway takes you to the second bedroom in the converted attic. Here are two more single beds (90cm x 200 cm). This room is particularly suitable for your children, but there is also enough space for adults.
Both bedrooms are also equipped with a television.
The apartment has fly screens and electric blinds. Free WiFi is also available for you.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Mit der Ferienwohnung hatten wir echt einen Treffer gelandet.Die Lage ist prima, sodass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist.Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut. Ich meine, Fernseher in allen Zimmern, der ausgebaute Dachboden als großes Kinderreich sprechen quasi für sich selbst. Einzig vielleicht die Matratze bzw. die rechte Bettseite im Schlafzimmer waren für mich unbequem, da gefühlt durchgelegen und bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung ein Gequietsche war.Aber alles in allem trotzdem 1A.
