Right in the heart of things

We didn’t realise we had booked a high rise building and normally we would have avoided it but as it turned out it was convenience with a view and throughly enjoyed

Scammed by Apartment and hotels.com

Hotel refused to honor booking saying they had no rooms available. Took us 20 minutes to find the lobby. When we got there there were no direction to check in. Called the number on the booking relentlessly and no one answered. It took another 40 minutes with the help of security guards in the lobby before an 'agent' arrived and told us at 10pm at night that they had no rooms available. Sorry. We had to book another hotel at extremely higher prices as we were desperate. wrote and complaint to Hotels.com and Bianca responded by saying 'is still confirmed on our system and this was booked through the website'. Nothing else like an apology or a refund. I am a hotels.com Silver member, I can imagine other people losing their hard earned cash on this website like me. You have been warned!

Accessibility

Very convenient. Good shops are only dowb stairs of the apartment. Monorail station is very close fir you to go anywhere lile KLCC or Bukit Bintang.

It was really great to stay in this hotel. Easy to find a few steps from monorail station. Great location for all touristic area to visit. Mr. Abdullah the reservation manager was excelent choise. Friendly person and easy to communicate with WhatsApp with him. Always prepared to help you with every my request. Out side pool in 15h floor was just pure heaven after whole day researching the city. Big big thank you for keeping me satisfied in all my staying. See you next year.

Amazing stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Apartments at Times Square. The location is superb and very convenient! Mr. Farhan, the guy that checked us in our apartment was very friendly and professional. He was helpful in showing us some nice tourist destinations! We will definitely consider coming back!

Huge apartment with wonderful city view

My apartment was very big (with a dining space, a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen, a separate restroom, a big bathroom with tub and separate shower space. It was not new, but very comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. The pool area on the 15th floor of the complex is big and very nice, again with lovely city views (the Petronas Twin Towers and the Menara KL can both be seen). If the mall in the complex with all its shops and restaurants is not enough, the lively Bukit Bintang area is just 5mn away by foot.
