On the first night, near midnight, I was awoken by loud noise at the door. Someone is trying to open my main door or the interconnecting internal door between rooms. The intruder was trying hard to force the lock and turn the door handle, to gain entry into my room. It lasted about 2-3 minutes. I kept calm but alert. I reported to front desk and the hotel guest service on WhatsApp about the incident.

Breakfast has wide selection Staffs friendly and helpful No hotel airport transfer car available. Only executive taxi. I find this a little inconvenience. Luckily Grab pre-book is easy.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall.
