This hotel and all associated facilities: gym, steam room, sauna and swimming pool are clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is central however it’s not walkable. The hotel located adjacent to busy street without direct access to the main entrance. Car requires to u-turn to get to the main entrance and during the busy time, it can take a while. The most disappointing during my stay was the service and the foods restaurant located in the lobby. The first night we were there, there were several items on the menu including local beer were not available. The second night we came back, they couldn’t make the hot and sour soup correctly. They did it twice. The first time was too salty and the second too sweet. Additionally, the Japanese restaurant on the second floor is scheduled to be close on Monday and Tuesday. This is a bit odd for us coming from America and restaurants in the Hyatt is close for business. The reason we had to eat at the hotel twice because it’s not walkable to other near by restaurants. For this reason I rated this hotel with 3-star. I’m still undecided whether I would come back.

Staff were very attentive and facilities were really top notch. However, they need to be clearer on availability of their facilities. For example, I booked the place with the intention of using the Kids Club, but it was not made clear that it is only available for certain types of rooms

客室は広く、掃除が行き届いており大変綺麗。スタッフの方は大変親切で、一時的にホテルへ帰った際も、お帰りなさいと笑顔で出迎えてくれたり、ホスピタリティに感動しました。シャトルバスの手配や手荷物の預かり、プールも清潔で、景色も良かったです。ホテル滞在時間、とっても心地よかったです。朝食もとっても美味しく、朝から幸せな気持ちになりました。

とにかく新しいホテルで全てが清潔で、また贅沢な空間でのんびりできます。スタッフも皆さん親切でとてもよく気がつき、素晴らしいです。サウナもあり疲れが取れます。コンベンション参加で泊まりましたが、目の前で徒歩で行くことができてとても便利でした。街中ではありませんが、タワーなど全てが見れて、街の夜景が最高でした。クラブラウンジも最高でした
