Wonderful Birthday Stay! Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!

What a beautiful property! The staff is amazing! The hospitality exceeds expectations and everyone is so helpful and welcoming at all times. Great location. Beware of racing motorbikes at night.

No sleep on first night due to noise from racing motorbikes along Bukit Bintang main road. Thavan in club lounge arranged for a room change and managed to rest the next two nights.
