I had a great experience at this hotel! I arrived an hour before check-in and my room was ready. I'm also grateful they were able to accommodate my request for a room with a view of the Pertronas Towers, it was the best. :) The location is perfect and the rooftop pool area has an even better view than any observation deck could offer. My only suggestion is to notify guests of the mandatory cash deposit upon booking as they informed me after I arrived (with no local currency but thankfully they accepted USD instead). Overall, the staff was great, the room was huge and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in the heart of KL.

I would not recommend their breakfast. All the dishes are hand washed, not dish washer. People there cough while they fix goods. I don't see anyone washing their hands before or after they deal with dishes. The contents of breakfast menu was very very limited.

Good comms before arrival, staff at reception were welcoming. Good location. I chose an apartment vs hotel for convenience eg laundry. Apartment was ok re space and amenities but layout of second bedroom was poor. A double bed was squeezed into a tiny space with no room to move around it and no storage space at all. Breakfast had limited continental options and small seating area. Very disappointing given the hefty price charged. They ran out of basic items like wholemeal bread and you had to constantly ask for replenishments as there were only two staff available. One staff member was very helpful and courteous, the other seemed inexperienced, irritated about being asked for service and lacked initiative. There was no advertisement of options like eggs e.g I saw one guest get a freshly cooked omelette from the back while the buffet only had boiled eggs. I was aghast to learn that specialty coffees such as cappuccinos would be charged extra when these are offered as standard at most hotels. The highlight was the pool and gym which were excellent esp the views. I recommend the gym is open 24/7. I also recommend that orders from the bar/restaurant can be charged to your room and drinks served in glass not plastic as there is security around and the complex seems not to attract problematic guests. There are plenty of wonderful places to stay in KL so I would look elsewhere.

The room and building are fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable. We made good use of the washing machine. The view from the room and top deck is worth a look - and it was nice to be able to take a cooling dip in the pool. We didn’t need the kitchen but the extra space with couch was a nice break. Tip: The left switch outside the bathroom controls the hot water for the shower - missed that first time through. Easy walking distance to Petronas towers - enjoyed the water show. Longer walk to KL tower - the adjacent ECO tree top walk was fun - series of hanging bridges with about a dozen monkeys playing in them as we arrived.

Me and my husband decided to travel around south Asia and KLCC was one if the stops. OMG ! This place is amazing, so close to mist of the attractions, from the 69th floor you have an amazing view of the twin Petronas Towers. Our apartament had a great view, living room, kitchen with everything you needed and the most important a washing machine which is a gold mine when you’re travelling . So overall we were very pleased 😌 with this accommodation. Thank you Star KLCC for having us.
