You live in a 2-room apartment of about 40 sqm size, located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with sofa bed, TV, radio and kitchenette (2 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer coffee machine, toaster). In the porch there is a dining gemütliger. The bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Linen package for 15, - € per person bookable - please pre-order! The combined business and lodging house "Seebad Villa" from the year 1905 was reopened in 2013, after extensive renovation. The built in the style of the resort architecture villa, which has been equipped with lovingly furnished 2-room apartments since the renovation, is characterized by its special central location. It is located directly in the beach street, the shopping street and the center of the district East of the beautiful seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Here are numerous boutiques, shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants as well as providers of daily needs.  Just a stone's throw away are numerous restaurants, such as the fish restaurant "Fischkiste", the gourmet restaurant "Wilhelms", the Italian "Gallo Nero" or the brewery. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this facility. In just 2 minutes you are at the Molli-station Kühlungsborn Ost, where the bus station is located.    The fine sandy beach and the pier are about 500 m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina.    Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Zentrale Lage, FeWo mit Potential

Sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung, gute Ausstattung. Für 2 Personen ideal, Bett nur 1,40 m breit, das war gewöhnungsbedürftig, leider kein Fön und Wäscheständer für die Strandtücher vorhanden.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Es war sehr schön in Kühlungsborn. Die Gitarrenspieler auf der Promenade abends waren wunderbar. Nicht zu laut, passende Musik zum Tagesausklang. Der Fahrradverleih war auch super freundlich. Die Strecke nach Heiligendamm herrlich. Die Wohnung eignet sich eher für zwei. Sie ist okay. In der Küche ist nur sehr wenig Platz. Für Leute, die viel auswärts essen reicht sie.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in sehr zentraler Lage! Der Strand und die Stadt waren schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten und bietet genug Platz. Lediglich einen guten Staubsauger und funktionierendes W LAN (das hat bei uns leider nicht geklappt) fehlten uns. Wir hatten das Wäschepaket gebucht und fanden auch alles zu Beginn des Urlaubs in der Wohnung vor. Die Kommunikation klappte im Vorfeld immer gut und man bekam schnell Antwort.

Die Wohnung wie im Inserat beschrieben. Zentral gelegen.Morgens zeitweise Beeinträchtigung durch Lieferverkehr oder Stadtreinigung.Die Wohnungen sind so geschnitten, dass mn,, an von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommt. Ein großes Plus.Der Preis war angemessen. Negativ : Wir haben Bettwäsche mitgenommen.Aber vor dem Beziehen das blanke Entsetzen.Gelbe großflächige Flecken auf dem Kopfkissen, Matratzen und Bezügen. Bettzeug zusammengewürfelt.Ekelhaft. Die Agentur sagt ich hätte es melden sollen. Ich sage bei dem Preis hätte das Personal diesen Mißstand vorher abstellen müssen !!

Zimmer am Meer

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Man hat alles um sich herum und es ist trotzdem super ruhig. Sehr modern und hell eingerichtet. Ideal für zwei Personen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
