The cozy 1-room apartment (approx. 30 m²) with south/west-facing terrace and garden furniture is located in the owners' house in the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn. It offers space for 2 people and is on the first floor.

The bright apartment is furnished with a 2-seater couch, chairs, table, sideboard and wardrobe. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, where you can relax surrounded by greenery.

A flat-screen TV, a radio with CD player and free WiFi provide entertainment. The small kitchenette includes a 2-zone ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the modern bathroom with real glass shower, washbasin and WC offer comfort.

A free parking space is available directly at the house. Your bicycles and suitcases can be stored in the garage and the beds are made on arrival.

The apartment is located in Kühlungsborn-Ost, quiet and central. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the beach road are within easy reach. The fine sandy beach, the pier and the marina are only 800 m away. The Molli train station is a 3-minute walk away, bakeries and bicycle rental shops are nearby.

Cycling tours lead to beautiful destinations such as Bastorf, Heiligendamm, Rerik, Wismar, Warnemünde or Rostock.
