The holiday apartment is accessed from the southwest-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long.

You are welcomed by a living room with a large leather sofa, a table, and a separate armchair. The entertainment area offers a television with cable connection, a small hi-fi system, and a DVD player with a small selection of films. There are also some games, information about Kühlungsborn and the surrounding area, and a few books.

Adjacent to the living room are the dining area and the well-equipped kitchenette.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and large wardrobes. Please note: one bedroom faces the street.

The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, sink, and toilet.
