Modern cosiness awaits you inside: three newly renovated bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, including a 140cm bed, ensure restful nights. A spacious, bright living room with dining table and sofa invites you to linger. The modern kitchen with dishwasher and the sanitary facilities - a shower/WC and a separate WC - complete the comfortable living ambience.
Outside, a small paradise of around 400 m² is revealed: a covered seating area with a fireplace and windbreak, a cosy grape pergola and a seating area directly on Lake Zug offer delightful opportunities to unwind. The beautiful lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax, while the direct access to the lake inspires water activities.
The surrounding area leaves nothing to be desired: The holiday home is located in the well-developed village of Immensee, right at the foot of the historic Rigi mountain, and offers two parking spaces. The proximity to the village centre of Immensee with its village shop, restaurants and boat station underlines the attractive location.
