Love this hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional—staff were always friendly, greeted guests warmly, and even took the initiative to get the elevator ready for us. The room rates were very affordable, especially considering the outstanding service. The lobby and room design were beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

When checking in, you're greeted by very professional and friendly staff. You'll be greeted with a great view during the check in process. Rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. Amenties are modern and updated. Can easily cast your mobile phones to the room Tv. The hotel is directly connected to AMU plaza so walking around is fairly easy.

The hotel is right next to the station, it is really convinient not only to drop off your luggage but to visit the mall next to it too. The staff are really friendly and shared about how to travel around the city more efficiently. The room is comfortable and the laundry machine is really good.

Welcoming and helpful efficient staff - unfortunately parking lot in basement full hence need to park in mall parking next door (walkable distance). Not much perk for Expedia VIP. Big mall next door if want to shop.
