It's hard to get past the fact its the only major hotel in the city. It's old style design needs a major upgrade. The bedrooms are 3 star, not 4. The lamp shade in my room 1314, was crumbling and should have been replaced years ago. The fridge door was covered in grotty stickers, some partly scratched. The bath area had mould which needs removing.
