Amazing property, great service. They will be getting BBQ amenities, some reviews mentioned there is nothing, but it should be soon. The host was super helpful and the places are big and you get a lot for your money. 10000% recommend.

Great location poor service

Location is great, view is magnificent however management is terrible. They made us check-in to a dirty room, somebody had clipped nails on the couch, dirt on the floor everywhere. Asked for coffee at 10:30 in the evening and answer is kitchen closed. Coffee is made in the kitchen? And lastly there is no hot water, when you tell management they say "we will check" and do nothing about it, they don't even inform back and tell they can't fix anything. This is not the right guest communication, you cannot hope guests forget the problem. And when we complain about the issues on check-out they just don't comment. I guess they need to educate the management (russian lady).

Odaları hoş tasarlamışlar ancak mesela mutfak unsuru olmasına rağmen dolaplarda hiçbir şey yoktu, birkaç çatal bıçak bardak koyulabilir diye düşünüyorum Odadaki tüm parkeler gıcırdıyordu Su çok geç ısınıyordu Klima odanın boyutu için çok yetersiz ve çok geç soğutuyordu Havuz boyutu küçüktü, süs havuzu gibiydi Kahvaltı fena değildi

Genel yorumum

Açıkçası tesis, odalar, temizlik gayet iyiydi. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Konaklama merkezlerine uzaklığı sebebiyle öğle ve akşam yemek konusunda extrada olsa birşeyler olsa iyi olurdu. Yakında pek de iyi olmayan bir restoranın menüsü vardı odalarda. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi.
