The room was fine other than screaming children next door and fireworks going off every single night. My main problem was that I signed up for $100 Kelingking beach tour and it wasn’t AT ALL what it was advertised. They took me to the beach but we spent 20 minutes there and left. No time to actually go to the beach. We the LEAST amount of time at the one thing I signed up to do. They figured out after I signed up that I wasn’t going to get what I wanted out of the tour and instead of telling me they gladly took my money anyway and let me spend 12 hours on the tour just to be disappointed. When I brought up the deceit and the false advertisement, management reached out and said sorry you flew 20 hours here and spent $100 just to be lied too. Here, take a free massage on us. Like that makes up for it at all. But they assured me that their staff would be re trained so they don’t lie to guests in the future so that really helps me.

We had the best stay. The room was clean everyday, and water bottles were topped up. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with lots of variety to choose from everyday. The pools were clean and accessible. All staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay. Prime location for shops, restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend staying here.

The staff members were so attentive and had great customer service, however my first room was not properly cleaned. The sheets on the bed were dirty and had this thick like mud stuck on the towels. I was upgraded to a suite and it was much nicer and cleaner but ultimately it did not make up for the previous event. The rooms are dated and need a face lift. I would not stay here again.

Okay Hotel, would avoid if your transiting from Business travel to Leisure. Had both my curtains closed with chairs, looking a bit tired. Avoid if you’re looking for pool access, configuration of the downstairs pool and upstairs limited sun decks. Spent the time eating at the beachside hotels and swimming in there pools, just purchasing lunch. 110% Hospitality from Balinese staff but non-existent Management to fix things….Unfortunately it’s a Hotel that I would not visit again.

Loved staying here! We had teenager kids and it was such a great location to go anywhere, massages across the road everyday were perfectly located too!! We found the staff to be great. When we got to our room we had no working usb ports. They came and fixed them. The shower would not keep to temperature. It kept going from freezing to very hot. We told them about this on day 2 and we had to keep telling them every day until they finally changed our room 2days before we left. I wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel itself was ok however they state that rooms have block out blinds and this is not correct and my pool view room was opposite the gym and children’s areas which they kept the lights on all night which came straight through the in to my room and kept me awake every night, I asked the night manager 5 times in the one night to turn them off which he just did nothing about, never again

Our room was always immaculate (Rm 315) anything we asked for was never forgotten. Silvana Ty for remembering our facecloths we ordered. Pusapa from Travel desk is such an asset too 4 Points. She is an amazing and dedicated Staff and always with a smile. Couldn’t do enough for myself and Marlene. Even running to us out the front with messages when ordering a Taxi when it was held up. Thus property and staff were great. The rooms were much smaller and average from what I’m used to at a Marriott property. Requested a balcony but they only have one chair so we both couldn’t fit out and enjoy the view together. Also, would have liked longer hours for the hot tub area and more loungers. Breakfast was great daily. Overall 3.5-4 stars
