Upon checking in I find that none of the money I paid to Wotif, Rp1,350,000, my first payment, has been credited to Kuta Puri and so I must pay the full Wotif quoted amount of Rp 2,700,000 for two nights' accommodation. I have therefore been ripped off by the amount I have already paid to Wotif, that is Rp1,350,000. But it gets worse. If I had booked direct with Kuta Puri my room rate would have been Rp900,000. So I paid Rp450,000 per night more than necessary. This excess, plus the amount I already paid Wotif and received no credit for, totals Rp2,250,000 or AUD$225.00. This is the amount I have been ripped off. I will never book through Wotif again

Was very clean and the staff were amazing. We had the pool villa which was lovely but the pool was too cold to swim in as it did not get enough sun. Better to just book a villa and swim in big pool

Close to the beach. Lots of dining and shops around. The Kuta area as a whole though, is very dirty but the bungalow property is very well maintained and always clean. Nice pool.

Character laiden oasis in the centre of Kuta

This hotel is located in the middle of Kuta, a minute from the beach and all the shops. If you want to stay in Kuta, I highly recommend. The resort was a quiet oasis amongst the Kuta chaos. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the facilities were outstanding. The two pools were clean and practical. The free breakfast offered good choice and set me up for the day when sightseeing.
