Lovely stay

Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!

This automated hotel near Kutchan Station exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire experience was seamless despite having no on-site staff, and I was impressed by both the cleanliness of my room and the functionality of the shared kitchen. The location strikes a perfect balance - it's conveniently close to Kutchan Station while offering easy access to the greater Niseko area. I had a wonderful stay at this property near Kutchan Station in the Niseko area. The self-check-in system worked flawlessly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean with comfortable furnishings, while the shared kitchen space was well-equipped and practical. Having cooking facilities was particularly valuable given the location near Kutchan's local markets.
