Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance.

Apartment situated near Central Ruka area (shops, restaurants about 180 m and slopes about 100 m).

Karhunvartijanlinna C17 is situated on the right side of Hiihtokouluntie road in building C.
Apartment 17 is situated on the first floor (two stairs), first floor is accessed also by the walkway behind the houses.

Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 23km, Riisitunturi Fell 29km.
